Crucified God

Arguably the most powerful of Moltmann's books. The Crucified God is a seminal work on the crucifixion and its significance. The book takes death despair and dreadfulness the dark side of the human condition with total seriousness and relates these to a liberating hope of redemption through divine agony and suffering.
